YOUR JOB
As a Performance Marketer, you’ll be assigned to a variety of projects with our clients—often multinationals—where you’ll take on a role within marketing teams.
Thanks to the variety of projects, your responsibilities are both strategic and hands-on. You’ll develop, manage, and optimize high-performing digital campaigns across various channels, with a strong focus on data, conversion, and growth. You’ll analyze campaign results and translate insights into concrete optimizations that contribute to the client’s commercial goals.
You’ll set up campaigns using Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms, and closely monitor their performance. Additionally, you’ll contribute to the broader digital marketing strategy and ensure strong alignment between paid media, content, automation, and branding. You understand how different digital touchpoints reinforce each other and know how to turn data into impactful actions.
You’ll work closely with marketing teams, designers, and content creators, but you’ll also take independent ownership of your projects. You combine an analytical mindset with a hands-on approach and enjoy continuously testing, optimizing, and learning.
Although performance marketing is central to your role, you will eventually have the opportunity to further broaden your expertise and work as a consultant in other areas of digital marketing, depending on your interests and career path.
YOUR SKILLS
- You have at least 3 years of experience in performance marketing and setting up digital campaigns across various channels
- You have a background in marketing, communications, or a related field
- You have excellent knowledge of Dutch and English and can hold your own in French
- You are familiar with tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- You have strong analytical skills and know how to translate data into concrete optimizations and results
- You have a feel for digital marketing in the broadest sense: content, social media, funnels, and customer journeys
- You are proactive, results-oriented, and enjoy taking ownership
- You understand that performance marketing is more than just launching ads; it’s about sustainable growth and impact
