YOUR JOB

You will work on a variety of projects for our clients and design digital interfaces that really work. Websites, apps, or software? You will ensure that they are user-friendly, accessible, and attractive.

You start each project by diving deep into the user’s world. What do they need? What frustrates them? You choose the right research methods and translate insights into strong, mobile-first prototypes.

Together with analysts and developers, you work from idea to result. You monitor the visual design and ensure that everything complies with the WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines.

In addition, you help build a sustainable design system. And you enthusiastically dive into service design processes. Always iterative. Always co-creative.

Communication? That’s where you excel. You convey your vision clearly and convincingly—to customers and colleagues alike.

Every project is different. But your mission remains the same: to create digital experiences that really help people move forward.

YOUR SKILLS

Must have

  • You have a (master’s) degree in a relevant field such as (applied) computer science, communication & multimedia design, or product development.
  • At least 2 years of experience with UX design is essential, as is a passion for the profession and actively following the latest trends and tools.
  • You can express yourself fluently in Dutch and English; French is a nice plus.
  • You are familiar with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Axure, Figma, and card sorting tools.

Nice to have

  • Applying user-centered design methods, including interviews, workshops, and usability testing, is one of your core competencies. A background in service design is an added bonus.
  • Knowledge of responsive design and content management systems helps you design accessible solutions.
  • You have experience setting up and managing design system governance.
  • Analytical thinking, creativity, empathy, and stress resistance characterize your way of working.

As soon as we receive your CV – via LinkedIn, at a job fair or via our site – we’ll get started with your application. We’ll give you a call and get to know each other during a brief but to-the-point conversation of about a half an hour. Are we on the same wavelength? Then we can arrange a date and time for you to come in to meet us face-to-face.

COME MEET US

During our first meeting, you’ll get to know a little more about our way of working. And we’d like to hear what you have to say, too. Not to talk about the weather, we’ve probably already done that to break the ice. But rather to hear about your competencies, language skills, motivation, salary and availability. You can go over your technical skills with the loyalty manager. And then you’ll have the chance to let everything sink in a little.
