YOUR JOB

As an Employer Branding Consultant, you’ll work on a variety of projects for our clients—often multinationals—where you’ll play a role within marketing and communications teams.

Thanks to the variety of projects, your responsibilities are both strategic and hands-on. You’ll develop and implement employer branding strategies that align with broader business objectives. You’ll analyze target audiences and translate these insights into targeted, impactful campaigns that attract talent and strengthen the employer brand.

You create and optimize strong content, ranging from social media and video to storytelling and integrated campaigns. You ensure that the employer brand is presented consistently and distinctively in the job market. In doing so, you work closely with marketing and recruitment teams while always maintaining a clear marketing vision. You contribute strategic thinking and set up campaigns from start to finish, with a focus on both positioning and experience.

Although employer branding is central to your role, you will eventually have the opportunity to further broaden your expertise and work as a consultant in other areas of marketing, depending on your interests and career path.

YOUR SKILLS

  • You have a background in marketing, communications, or a similar field
  • Your command of Dutch and English is excellent, and you’re comfortable speaking French
  • You have experience rolling out employer branding campaigns for various target audiences and channels
  • You have a knack for digital channels and content creation
  • You are creative, analytical, and results-oriented
  • You understand that employer branding is more than just posting job openings; it’s about building a brand

As soon as we receive your CV – via LinkedIn, at a job fair or via our site – we’ll get started with your application. We’ll give you a call and get to know each other during a brief but to-the-point conversation of about a half an hour. Are we on the same wavelength? Then we can arrange a date and time for you to come in to meet us face-to-face.

COME MEET US

During our first meeting, you’ll get to know a little more about our way of working. And we’d like to hear what you have to say, too. Not to talk about the weather, we’ve probably already done that to break the ice. But rather to hear about your competencies, language skills, motivation, salary and availability. You can go over your technical skills with the loyalty manager. And then you’ll have the chance to let everything sink in a little.
